Compatibilities

| The implementation of **s4d** benefits from the experience of existing tools and toolkits
| in the community. The main ones are `LIUMSpkdiarization <http://lium3.univ-lemans.fr/diarization/>`_, NIST tools
| As far as possible, **s4d** as been made compatible with those tools by providing read and write
| functions in the appropriate formats and using similar structures.

**s4d** is able to read and write in LIUMSpkdiarization segmentation format

NIST tools

**s4d** is able to read in NIST diarization format: UEM, MDTM and RTTM
